These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jiligams website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by jiligams ("we," "us," or "jiligams"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the jiligams Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. The jiligams Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jiligams makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the jiligams Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on jiligams:
To access the full features of the jiligams Platform, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a secure password. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiligams account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jiligams will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jiligams immediately via the live chat support function on the Platform.
jiligams may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Verification may require you to submit a government-issued Philippine identification document. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
The minimum deposit on the jiligams Platform is ₱20. Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP).
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jiligams account instantly. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one banking day to process. jiligams is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

All transactions on the jiligams Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiligams does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency.
Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their accounts at any time via the account settings. jiligams encourages all players to use these tools as part of responsible gaming practice. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
Each game available on the jiligams Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
All game outcomes on the jiligams Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer. jiligams does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are final once confirmed by the system.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game session, jiligams reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the applicable stake to the player's account. jiligams is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems on the player's end.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the jiligams Platform. These limits are displayed within each game and may be adjusted by jiligams at any time without prior notice.
jiligams may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
jiligams reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers. Bonus abuse may result in account suspension.
jiligams reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. jiligams does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiligams reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiligams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jiligams has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jiligams' total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiligams account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiligams reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if jiligams reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
You may close your jiligams account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the jiligams Platform, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat. jiligams will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. For complex matters, resolution may take up to 30 business days, and you will be kept informed of progress.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through jiligams' internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, the regulatory authority responsible for overseeing licensed gaming operations in the Philippines.
jiligams reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiligams will notify registered users via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the jiligams Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
